Condition is mint and still sealed in the box. This has become one of the most desirable kits by Korber. Produced by Korber Models in the 1990's. Recreating the infamous Lionel factory in Irvington, NJ. This model is based on the centerpiece of the 1950's Lionel New York showroom layout. Measures 10" x 25". Made in USA. It's pretty big, but would be a great addition on any layout. Easy to assemble, but you'll need glue!
