Introduced in 1950. This is the most common house produced. Discoloration is noticed frequently from the manufacturer's glue around the windows and doors. Cape Cods are easy to find, but check to make sure you have the chimney. Twelve color variations and five different box numbers exist. Finding a clean building is very difficult.
