This would be the last good year for Lionel, before war production started. Nice selection of scale locomotives and double OO. Interesting too note they were still cataloging standard gauge accessories(old stock), but no engines or cars. Highlights include; 700E scale Hudson, 700K Hudson kits, Scale B6 switchers(201, 203, 227, 228, 232, 233, 701), Rail Chief passenger cars, 763 scale Hudson(last year in gunmetal), Hiawatha Streamline passenger set, 2900 scale freight cars, and much more.
