| One of the tougher Lionel catalogs to find in nice condition. Has classic art worked pages with great cover shot. 36 paged consumer catalog for 1951 was a watered-down version of the 1950 catalog. The impact of the korean War was being felt at Lionel. There were no new items of consequence, only renumbered versions of excisting body molds. The 2023 UP alco AA was changed in silver and gray. Also has the 2343 SF and 2344 NYC F-3's units in all there glory. This is one reason this catalog is pretty rare. Lionel had a low production year due too 6the war. Still |
