Coal dump car (Pre-War design). The red bin will tilt and dump a load of coal into the bin or a coal loading accessory. Consists of a red-painted sheet metal bin with bakelite mechanism housing, black painted sheet metal frame with steps at the four corners, and "3659" stamped directly in underside.
